Service Advisor

We are an ambitious and energetic dealership looking to add a dynamic service representative to our team.
Bayside Nissan and internal training. Applicants need to be team driven but individually seeking success in their position.
Daily Tasks include: repair order generation, answering incoming customer inquiry phone calls, appointment creation, following through shop work, keep customer informed of status of their vehicle, billing out customer charges.
Personal characteristics; friendly, good listener, patient, good problem solving abilities, desire to be the best.
Previous work experience: direct interaction with customers for service, prior automotive experience an asset.
